How to Scramble Eggs

You will need:

Frying pan
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
Hamburger turner or other flipper
Salt and pepper

Put 2 eggs in a bowl and gently beat them together. You can also add egg whites or fake eggs at this point. Don’t beat them with a frenzy, just gently mix them together.

Turn on the burner under a solid cooking pan. You don’t have to use cast iron, but the heavier the pan the better. Put about 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the pan and wait a minute for it to warm on medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan and rotate the pan so the eggs spread all over the surface.

Using the turner, move the eggs around so the liquid part of the eggs pours over into the empty space in the pan. Move them around slowly and flip them over so all the liquid egg gets cooked, but the eggs are still moist.

Turn off the burner and serve the eggs immediately.

Sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and put a glop of sour cream on top for a truly mystical experience or just eat the eggs the way they are!
